Our founder, Dan Kockott, experienced firsthand the frustration of constant friction between payer, provider, and patient in the behavioral health ecosystem. Providers struggled to understand their revenue and operational strains while payers often felt exhausted by constant back and forth. After years of experience with large financial institutions and eventually major healthcare payers it became clear there was a need for elegant and intelligent solutions.
Dan is now taking his expertise from the payer side of behavioral health claims and leveraging it as a tool for behavioral health providers. The end result — increased revenue, and happier patients.
